To use the ye55 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ye55. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. ye55 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through a breach of this condition.
All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date whenever changes occur. ye55 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. ye55 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us at [email protected]. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login details with anyone.
User Responsibilities in Platform Use
Users agree not to use the ye55 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or platform systems
- Disrupting, attacking, or damaging the platform's technical systems
- Using another person's account or lending your account to a third party
- Any action that violates applicable Malaysian law
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the ye55 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ye55 supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and a range of approved e-Wallet options. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name — ye55 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of other users.
For deposits, users must ensure that funds deposited come from a legitimate source. ye55 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where there is reasonable cause to do so, as part of our compliance procedures.
For withdrawals, ye55 will process requests back to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances that require additional verification. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the user's compliance with the established verification procedures. ye55 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require further investigation before approval.
Ye55 does not charge processing fees for most standard deposit and withdrawal transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond ye55's control. Users are advised to review the terms of their payment provider.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Ye55 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for any of the following reasons: violation of any part of these terms; confirmed fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to submit identity verification documents when requested; use of unauthorised software or methods; or regulatory compliance requirements. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach, ye55 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Limitation of Liability
Ye55 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to: technical disruptions beyond the platform's control; unsatisfactory game outcomes; unauthorised account access caused by user negligence; or losses resulting from reliance on information provided by third parties.
Ye55's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. ye55 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted platform availability, though we make every effort to maintain consistent service for all users.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the ye55 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and other materials — is the property of ye55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
